Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we handle information submitted through the Site.

The Site provides general information about Caribbean Girls Mission of Hope (“CGMOH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our mission, programs, events, impact, leadership, and ways to contact, volunteer, partner, and donate.

Using the Site or submitting a message or interest form does not guarantee a response, selection, participation, funding, placement, partnership, employment, or another formal relationship with CGMOH.

You may:

• view and use publicly available Site content for lawful personal, educational, and noncommercial informational purposes;
• share links to public pages and print or download reasonable extracts while keeping any notices and attribution intact; and
• send genuine inquiries and use Site forms for their stated purposes.

You may not:

• use the Site unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in a way that violates another person’s rights;
• submit information that you know is false, misleading, threatening, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship with CGMOH;
• attempt unauthorized access, probe Site security without written permission, introduce harmful code, or interfere with Site operation;
• use automated methods to bypass controls, harvest information, or place an unreasonable burden on the Site; or
• collect or use another person’s information without proper authority or a lawful basis.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful, current information, but Site content may contain errors or become outdated. Programs, events, schedules, eligibility details, opportunities, personnel, and contact information may change. Please confirm important or time-sensitive information directly with CGMOH before relying on it.

We may update, suspend, or remove Site content or features, and the Site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

The Site may provide instructions or links for making donations through Zelle, a financial institution, or another outside service. Those services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, and security practices. CGMOH does not operate or control their systems. Review the recipient and amount carefully before authorizing a payment.

General Site forms are not payment channels. Do not enter full payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials, login details, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive information in them.

Contact CGMOH with questions about whether a gift was received or how it will be acknowledged. Nothing on the Site is tax, legal, or financial advice, and the tax treatment of a donation depends on the donor’s circumstances and applicable law.

CGMOH and its licensors retain the rights they hold in the text, design, branding, graphics, photographs, and other material made available on the Site. Third-party names, logos, photographs, and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Except for the permitted use described above or as otherwise allowed by law, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially use Site content without permission from the appropriate rights holder. You may not use CGMOH’s name or branding in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

You are responsible for information you send through the Site and must have the right to provide it. Please give information that is reasonably accurate and relevant to your request. Do not send confidential, highly sensitive, or payment information through a general form unless CGMOH specifically directs you to an appropriate channel.

By sending a message or form, you authorize CGMOH to receive, review, and use it to respond to your request and carry out the related purpose, as described more fully in our Privacy Policy. A submission does not give CGMOH permission to use your name, image, or story for unrelated publicity without separate permission.

The Site may link to websites or services operated by others. CGMOH does not control their content, security, availability, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that CGMOH endorses the outside organization, service, or content. Review the terms and privacy notices of any outside service before using it.

The Site and its content are provided for general informational purposes and on an “as available” basis. We use reasonable care in maintaining the Site but cannot promise that it will always be complete, accurate, current, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Site content is not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, medical, counseling, safety, or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CGMOH disclaims implied warranties relating to the Site. These Terms do not exclude any warranty, right, or responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CGMOH is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site, or from third-party content or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, our practices, or applicable requirements. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Updated Terms apply prospectively from that date. If you continue using the Site after the revised Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
